Mission
Increase involvement by the private sector of commercial real estate, in the DRC-USGBC and build demand for, and implementation of, green building practices with an emphasis on operations and maintenance of existing buildings, but also including new construction and interiors.
Aim
By targeting two core constituencies - owners/property managers and commercial brokers - we hope to educate and build awareness of green building (new construction and interiors, but with an emphasis on existing buildings), create a networking group for each constituency and conduct networking sessions and workshops.
