Mission
The Finance & Governance Committee shall provide oversight to the chapter's business management and operations. The Finance & Governance shall be conducted in an open and transparent manner. The committee's initiatives are vital to the success of our chapter's leadership to carry out a quality program for our rapidly growing membership.
Aim
The goal for the Finance & Governance Committee is to ensure that the chapter establishes and abides by chapter policy established annually by the Board of Directors. The scope of governance shall include chapter management, document control and financial records.
